Club approved 2008 Budget.   Objectives committees will begin completing their service activities.

Club received an interesting presentation on Bee Keeping and the impact of bees on our Economy.

Finance Committee Update

The Finance Committee recommended an increase in dues to 2008.  The current dues structure was not covering meals and National Dues.   The club voted at the January, 2008 meeting to accept the dues of $120.00 per year

Speaker September Meeting

Lisa Minor spoke to our club about Hanover County School system preparedness plans for quick spreading illnesses.

2006 Club President Walter Drew Receives the Outstanding President Award

Chesapeake District Governor, Charlie Bell presented the Outstanding President Award to Walter Drew. The award is given to club presidents whose officers attend training, whose club maintains a high attendance level and whose club maintains its membership size.
